Elizabeth is a girl who belongs to Seattle. She is one of the lucky people who fought against COVID-19 and recovered. Elizabeth is not alone. In this world now, there are 1.73 Million people who are standing on their feet after combating the virus. These people are the center of research these days. World Scientists, Data Analysts, and Virus Specialists are researching these people. They’re finding the reasons they survived. 7 common habits are seen in these people. Researchers insist that the people having initial symptoms can keep body and soul together by these habits. Common masses opt these 7 habits to be a fighter against COVID-19. Here we’ll discuss these 7 habits:

1. BELIEVE:

These 1.73 Million people were the believers. No-one was Atheist. This group included Christians, Jewish, Muslims, and Buddhists. Believe in God makes our inner strength. It boosts our immunity against COVID-19. But, just being a believer don’t save you out. Because, many religious leaders i.e, Pastors and Molana’s have died due to COVID-19. You have to opt for the next 6 habits as well.

2. YOGA:

These people did yoga during isolation. Buddhist and Hindu people laid down and exercise their breath. Through yoga, they vanish out the negative thoughts from their minds. They even did yoga 4–5 times a day. Muslims recited ‘Darood-Shareef’ during isolation which strengthen their will power.

3. GRATITUDE:

These people thanked God during their illness. Every day they counted the blessings of God they were blessed even in those hard times. They thought that during COVID-19 our organs are safe and sound. We have prayers, doctors, and friends as well. These friends daily inquire about ourselves. We’re blessed with the wealth as well. On the other hand, more than half of the world’s population don’t have these blessings. This gratitude gradually made them staunch.

4. CHARITY:

These people and their families during COVID-19 were doing charity. They provided food, clothes, and masks to the hospitals. Their families sent hand sew masks to the hospitals. These people donated soaps, sanitizers, alcohol swabs, etc. They gave their personal properties for the quarantines. They disbursed the pays to their workers before time. They developed the COVID-19 patients’ funds as well.

This charity also helped them out fight.

5. WARM WATER, GREEN TEA AND SOUP:

They chew the Vitamin C tablets. They used the dissolvable Vitamin C.

They used green tea, warm water, and soup.

Natural Green tea and Vitamin C made them hard enough to defeat the virus.

6. HELPING OTHERS:

These people from the start had the urge to help others. They were social workers(NGO Sector). They provided free drugs, clothes, and food to the poor ones. They were in contact with their staff, family, and friends to carry on the social work. Therefore, they recovered very soon.

7. CONTACT HEALTH-CARE WORKERS:

This was the most surprising thing or habit. All the recovered patients walked to the hospital by themselves. They informed the governments, hospitals, and families that they’re having the COVID-19 symptoms. Doctors rapidly put them in isolation. Most patients who kept their illness confidential have a high death ratio. They’re the main targets of COVID-19. On the other hand, diagnosing the disease leads to recovery.

These were the 7 most common habits of the recovered patients. Therefore, if you also want to be safe from COVID-19 so follow these habits.
