EACH ACTION IS SHAPING US UNKNOWINGLY

We are responsible for all of our actions. We do a lot of things in our daily lives which forms or reforms us without our knowledge. Food, shelter, and clothing are considered basic necessities of life. But, as time passes peoples’ desires change. These 3 are the wants of any being. But, excess desires have harmed humankind a lot. I as a Pakistani writer saying; a decade age Internet was not very common in Pakistan. Many people were living happily without the Internet. Now, the Internet Is like a necessity of life. New formation of things is developed within every minute. People didn’t have much access to social media a decade ago as they have today. We adopt new things every day. And they put a severe effect on people without their notice.

Some days ago, I saw an advertisement for an internet bundle on T.V. It was a kind of funny ad. It had a scene where a child was about to be born. But, he is requesting God to not get birth into this house. Just because they don’t have gadgets and good internet connection. The child said: “Please God! I don’t want to be their child. They are too backward. I want to be the son of a person who has a good Internet connection.

The Internet has formed us in this manner that even the birth of a child is also associated with it. Unknowingly, the masses have made the Internet their basic necessity of life. The Internet is very important these days. But, many people in the world are living statistically without the Internet. The Internet has shaped us as slaves. Unknowingly, what we see and do (desires) have been formed as necessities like shelter, food, and clothing. Even what we do in leisure (entertainment) shapes us. Similarly, phones have made us prisoners. Fast food and big houses are also shaping us. Shelter and food are a necessity, not a bungalow or a big party burger. Likewise many more…

On the other hand, a decade ago that same ad can’t go on air. Because, till that date. We were not shaped.
